Dear Doctor, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism around 9 months back. Around that time my weight increased to 110 kgs. I have been consuming thyronorm 150. My thyroid level is back to normal. However my weight that increased (a year back) has not decreased. I see fat accumulation in belly and hip area. I am doing 30 minutes cardio (morning) and 20 minutes cycling (evening) for 6 days a week. My query is whether taking any ayurvedic supplements can assist in my fat loss. Please guide me. Regards, Dhiraj.

I am not an Ayurvedic doctor. To reduce your weight you should take low fat, low calorie and high fiber diet. Cardio exercise is alright but also do some abdominal exercise and yoga.
