Dear sir Actually I was bitten by my pet dog almost 3 years ago. The dog was unvaccinated .it was a small sized dog. Actually I was playing with him and he bite my finger not much but there was a small cut. I want to know that will I be infected from rabies in future.

no it won't. rabies if occurs it occurs in first few weeks. max up to 6 months. I hope u took anti rabies vaccine that time.

If dog is healthy even after 3 years then less chances of rabies in future

Humans usually get desease by one week to three years after dog bite. In your case it seems unlikely since three years have already passed after dog bite. One is at risk every time everytime after dog bite.
