eating satwik food is very important in this condition along with few medications take sarswatarishta 2 tsp before sleeping along with simple water take fresh home made food only avoid outside food take deep long breaths all the time or atleast during fear time to improve mind functions and decrease in shadaripu of mind consult privetly for more details and medications
