My dad who is 56 year old, has a habit of sleeping just after eating breakfast after returning from morning walk. Is it good for him as he suffers from obesity and wants to reduce weight?

If he goes empty stomach .He can feel exhaust due to lack of energy and falls a sleep easily as he took breakfast. After getting fresh in the morning, give him 15 gm soaked sunflower + pumpkin seeds and 3 munakkas. After 20-30 minutes he can go for walk.

Hello, Ask him not to sleep, immediately after breakfast wait for atleast hour and the half. Eating less is not the solution. It is, important that you maintain a healthy routine. Sleeping immediately will make his calories go unabsorbed and will lead to weight gain.
