Recently I started jogging daily morning without shoes, after 1 week I have severe pain in right side leg bone, after that i've stop my jogging. I start my jogging 2 days ago the same pain start again. How to avoid this leg pain?

firstly while jogging don't talk with your partner and don't listen any music using headphone. secondly when you get sweating on your forehead stop jogging.. this sign means you had used your half energy of your daily working capacity. then day by day you have to increase distance of jogging. second main thing that after jogging when you came to home massage your heals and both legs with plain coconut oil then take your bath with warm water. this will reduce your problem.. tc

Dear User Jogging without shoes is not advisable .So you must bear shoes while jogging .If pain is increasing with Jogging give rest for few day and the start with light walk and increase the speed gradually . you may apply Balaashvghandha oil to both legs or at pain site . if pain is still persistent must meet a Doctor for examination . regards

Hello sir, Before you start jogging do the stretching exercises for whole body. First one week or 2 weeks jogging give pain because of muscle soreness. With out don't go jogging.
