My friend 28 years old working in Oman as Project Engineer. Working hrs morning 8 am - 12 am (next). Full of work tension can't sleep properly. After getting room ,fresh went to sleep but can" t. What can I do for it? Getting sleep only after 3 am. 7 am want to get ready to join duty again.

Proper sleep is very important as our body organs also need rest and obv we too. 6 hours sleep is necessary. Tell him to reduce working hours n take less stress. No other options.

He is not getting sleep due to stress because of work pressure. 1.Avoid stress. 2.yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 3.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 4..Take light dinner. 5.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time
