Hello doctor I am very short in hight and very skinny for this I am taking home made weight gain shake in this I am adding 1 glass of milk ,1 table spoon peanut butter, 2 table spoon complain, 2 bananas with all this can I add 1 table spoon of ashwagandha.

Hello lybrate-user, for gaining weight, you have to increase your daily diet. Try to eat after every 2 hours. Besides breakfast, lunch & dinner, have milkshakes, custards, cheese sandwiches, burgers, bhelpuri, pizzas, aloo chaat, in between these main meals.
