Hii. I have hair grown on my neck and I have plucked it two or three times and it grows back again. Now it is quite visible. I just want to know that does plucking it stimulates the growth as I can see one or two few short hairs around it also? I have tried to control my testosterone levels through diet but I am worried about the hairs already grown. I want to remove them permanently through any easy way. Can you please help?

Plucking hair won't stop them from growing. You need to kill the roots. I'll suggest you to meet a Trichologist.
