I am 72 years old male living in Chennai. I am 62 kgs in weight. I am not a diabetic. My current question for clarification is regarding WALKING. I am a regular walker in the park daily. I walk as follows: Daily morning for 60 minutes - Distance covered: approximately 7500 mtrs in 15 rounds at the rate of 500 mtrs a round. Time taken per round: Minimum 4 minutes Plus / Minus Please note I take walking similarly in the evening too daily. Kindly let me know whether my walking is sufficient or I have to either decrease or increase my daily walk. Kindly also let me know if I can continue evening walk. I AM A FAST WALKER and not a Jogger. Thanks for your advice.
