Hi lybrate-user With your question am not able to make out is it a particular tooth which is paining or is it a generalised pain. I think you should consult a dentist. If there is one particular tooth. Probably it has got cavity and might require rct. If the pain increases at night, it stays longer, and does not resolve without a pain killer. It indicates root canal situation.
