Hello mam/sir, I am 14 years old and my weight is 53 kg please tell me how to lose weight with home remedies and also please tell me which types of things I can prevent for controlling weight.

Please avoid junk foods, oily and fried foods ,avoid aerated beverages and start having frequent small meals, add fresh fruits and vegetables in daily routine, most important of all is to do regular exercises daily 40 mins for increasing body metabolism, drink plenty of water daily.
