I have dust allergy problem so what precautions I have to take? I heard that before cleaning we have to put oil in nose to prevent for dust is this true?

1, mite-proof- allergen proof, dust proof mattresses and pillows covers 2.Wash all bed linens regularly may be daily with hot water. 3. Keep humidity low. 4. Vacuum cleaning regularly. 5. No cluttering of stuff in the room /house 6. No carpet. No pets, no cockroach 7. No outer activity between 9-10 am and evening 8. Can use N95 mask if symptoms are persisting 9. Can use HEPA air filter for medicine contact on private chat good luck.
