Hi lybrate-user, Do not do any facial or clean up if there are active pimples. When steam is givem or massage is done, pimples tend to increase. Instead of that, get some scientifically proven safe peel tretaments with your Dermatologist.

Please don't do fascial as it can cause irritation if you are applying acne medication. Clean ups can also cause the whiteheads to worsen and form boils. Instead you can go for chemical peels. Please ask your treating Dermatologist.
