A) Feed your Eyes-A diet high on fruits (rich in vit A, c,E) and vegetables (green leafy vegetables like spinach) egg, salmon,tuna nut like almond, walnut, bean straw berry, orange, citrous fruit) blue berry, grape, Low sugar/fatty food, anti oxidant as in dark leafy vegetables/pumpkin/sweet potato, carrot,garlic ,onion, B) Eye exercise-(when you wake up/before going to bed/when you are fatigued .Roll your eyes in a circular motion clockwise 10 times and then reverse it counter clockwise 10 times. Place your thumb/pen6 inch away from nose and stare it for 5 seconds, then 5 seconds on object immediately behind your thumb for 10 times rub your palms for heat and then place them against your eyes for 5-10 second. Repeat it 3 times .massage your temple/forehead andjust below your eyes by using your thumb knuckles in small circular motion for 20 times in each eye) C) adequate sleep for giving rest to eyes (7-8 hrdaily). D) do yoga, exercise, avoid smoking E). Use right kind of sun glass that block 99-100%(UVA&B) rays, F) Avoid prolonged sitting infront of computer and looking at computer screen G) regular eye check up.
