If you have FBG of 180 mg, means there diabetes. This needs to be treated. The reason for it lack of insulin production, plus lack of physical activity and if one is over weight, then presence of fat also affects insulin action.
You need to get a diabetic profile done which includes fasting, PP blood glucose test, HbA1c%, creatinine, urea and uric acid. Plus also get lipid profile done and come back with all the details, then I will be able to guide in relation to specific treatment. Or you may contact your local doctor there. But it is absolutely essential to start treatment, plus a restricted diet and regular exercise of at least 1 hour a day. Thanks.
