Change your lifestyle and replace your old habits with good habits. Eat healthy food (and avoid all junk food and cold drinks) with more fruits and vegetables. Your tiredness and headache needs to be investigated if you do not feel better after following healthy habits. Go for some investigations (CBC, ESR, Urine routine, Thyroid test, Blood sugar etc) and follow up later with these reports. Slow down your exercise for some time and take sufficient rest (sleep on time at night for 7-8 hrs ). Drink enough water (10-12 glasses or more if required ). Avoid all bad habits.
