From last 15 days when I pull back my penis foreskin it start hurting before that I have never feel so. Also my penis head becomes red and white discharge on its surface. There cuts down side of penis head. Foreskin constantly itching and hurting specially when I pull it back. I am washing it daily. So what could be the problem. And what is the solution. Please do suggest. Do I need to worry?
