Can we reduce our weight with out doing exercise. And jogging. Please suggest the diet to reduce weight.

You need to modify your lifestyle habits. Go for a low calorie balanced diet chart. Do regular physical exercises. Beacuse physical activity helps you to shead the stored body fat. Include more of a healthy foods in your diet. I would like to suggest you to ask for a individualized diet cart according to your age, height and present body weight. It will help you to loose weight very soon.
