I had joined gym 3 month ago. Even though I didn't lose weight its constant nor increasing neither decreasing. I follow balanced diet. Also do swimming and running. What to do?

There should be two things to have weight loss. One is decreased calorie intake and another is increase in calorie loss. Decrese in calories can be done with taking low calorie diet like idly, leafy vegetables ,fruits and avooding oil, spicy foods sweets ,junk foods Increase in calorie loss is by workout like running, jagging etc.
