Sir/mam I am 27 year old woman and I have one baby her age is 2 year and my height is 5 ft 6 inch and weight is 64 kg some area have excess fat like lower tummy and waist so I am suffering also Miner double chin so please tell me that how can I reduce fat and weight thanks.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan for you. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
