I am 33 year old and I have a big and flappy tummy which is due to pregnancy. As my baby is 1 year old I want to reduce my tummy fat. So please help me with it.

Hello, hope you had a normal delivery of the baby. No problem it can be reduced eventually. Pls do exercise daily. Yoga, meditation also works. Don; t sit for long time. After eating go for a 10 mins walk, which helps you to maintain flat tummy. And eat before 2 hours of the sleep. Drink more water in a day. If you are a feeding mother still, I suggest take a good food at this moment then I will recommend some food supplements which full fill your diet. Add omega-3 and protein at the moment which is good for baby too
