Doctor, I am 17 years old and I want to know that while I sleep I talk. Its a major problem I face. My brother also get scared of my talking in sleep actually I don't walk in a sleep but shouted and get breathless. I think it's happen when my hands are on my chest. There are so many negative thoughts came and I got scared and weak due to which I shouted at night.
