In summers I feel very hot. My body specially stomach started burning. My body temperature is not very high. And my Blood pressure is also not very high. But don't no why I feel so much temperature. I feel my body like burner. And some time is Unbearable so please suggest me what should I do. I am very upset.

Hi, Consume plenty of fluids like water, buttermilk, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, etc. Take Usheerasava 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and tab. Laghusootashekara Ras 1 tab 3 times a day. Avoid moving about in hot sun and intake of very hot and spicy food.
