I have been suggested doxycycline by a doctor as I took mtp in 20 days of pregnancy after which my bleeding was not stopping. I have taken trenaxa by which bleeding stopped but there is brown discharge approx 2-3 drops in a day .All my symptoms are of STD because my ultrasound and CBC reports are normal .Can you please help me out in this .How can this bleeding be stopped or treated STD. Please tell me medicine and it's dosage with home treatment if any.

Get an ultrasound done to see for any remains of foetal parts ,and post that we can advise you further on this. U may have to get a vaginal culture done also to see the type of infection, and treatment given accordingly.

Brown vaginal discharge is perfectly alright and only indicates that your body is returning back to normalcy. However, if this discharge is accompanied by either of the following, inform your doctor immediately Foul-smelling discharge Temperature of 100.4 or greater Chills or dizziness
