Hi lybrate-user. Being PCOS is normal these days as every second female is having one or the other form of pcos. It's right to say that being pcos might pose a difficulty for conceiving but we have got treatments available which help you in conceiving. I would suggest make yourself active physically either by workout at gym or at home. Start refusing junk food and focus on healthy diets including fruits and vegetables. I recommend cheat days (Saturday/ Sunday) for tasting junk but back to strict discipline in diet and workout from Monday. Wish this will help.
