I am facing gastric problem now a days although I do workout and drink good amount of water, I will not take protien powder but I am bit foody and good food only.

Gastric problem and acidity will usually occur due to over consumpton of spices, masalas, mirchis etc. and simple work out will not have any effect on it. Food also should be consumed in time and don't skip and eat late and eat on time. Try to avoid junk foods, masalas and eat more fiber diet which is easily digestible to prevent gastric problem and if your problem still persists then write back to me in detail to prescribe you or advise accordingly.
