Right kidney is enlarge in size 13.3 and 7 cm with normal exhotexture. Moderate hydronephrosis seen. A calculus of size 11.4 mm is seen at lower calyx. Right ureter is moderately dilated and shows 14 mm calculus is lower part near vesicoureteral junction.
