Dear lybrate-user. Daily masturbation per say does't lead to such problem. You need to undergo some test like USG scrotum and others to find out the cause of current problem. Even before that we need to examine your genitals. Whatever be the cause you will find improvement with medicine. You need to do regular exercise and take Vit B12 and Vit D3 supplement. All d best!
