Hello doctor, I have lupus and also sun spots on hands, arms and legs. What should I use to reduce them without laser or other expensive treatment. In OTC cream can I use hydroquinone. I am on steroids.

Hi lybrate-user as you already using steroids but found no improvement ,so instead of using those harmful steroids, you should use homeopathic medicines. They are totally safe without anyside effect.

With history of Lupus, do not use hydroquinone as it causes lot of irritiation. Please consult Dermatologist. Start applying a good sunscreen with PA +++ and SPF above 30 liberally and all over face, arms and back.
