Sir, I have dizziness some times and before lunch drowsiness. My sugar level is before is 127 and after food is 175. I have stress related issues also due to office promotion etc. Sometimes have shaky feeling and nervousness in the morning. How can I over come this. Please help.

Do not think much about the things which are beyond your control. Concentrate fully & always work thinking that results will be best. Accept the outcome which is not favourable to you. Practise yoga or any physical exercise followed by meditation with proper guidance. Never think painful things of past. Check your strength & plus points.
