I do regular workout my trainer always suggest me to take protein shake I want to know is it safe or not and if it's safe please suggest me good brand.

Have only natural sources of protein. Like pulses eg. Soya bean, soya milk, tofu ,milk and milk products like paneer and eggs white. Vegetables like brokli. Have dry fruits like almonds ,walnut.

Before using any supplement 1st you try to have high proteins in your diet, if you are vegetarian than you have protein suppliments.
