Keep fbs around 100 and ppbs around 150. Avoid sweets, sugar,jagary, honeyand sweat fruits like banana, mangoe,graps, cheeku etc. Do regular exercise, walking and yoga etc. Take meals at regular timings and take antidiabetic medicines prescribed by your doctor as per his advice. Get blood sugar testing regularly.
