Gud morning Dr. I am suffering from cough since 4 months. Always some times suffering from fever, I had consulted to Dr. but they gave me medicine and after getting report I found the result -ve in the case of TB. I request you to please understand my condition and give me tips so that I cud cure myself nearly.

Do a complete blood examination like CBC, ESR, Mantoux test, X ray chest, Sputum examination for AFB (3 samples). Consult Chest physician with report. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily, Avoid smoking if you smoke. If all investigations are normal, it could be due to allergy. Do an allergy test after consulting Allergist/Immunologist and follow the advice and treatment.
