Hi Having pain in neck for last 7 days. Though now subsidised, not gone fully. Medicine took mobizox 2 tab for 5 days. Not sure of cause, occasional exercise or wrong position while sleeping. For last 2 months I experience dizziness when getup from bed in morning. Is it serious? What is diagnosis and possible treatment. Would like to avoid medicine as much as possible and rely on correct posture while working and sleeping with exercise recommended. Note I have desk job with most of the work on computer.

Hello, I think you have cervical problem which causing giddiness. Avoid bending head forward for long time. Perform regular neck exercise daily for 10 to 15 mins. Apply orthomove oil to neck if pain present. If still problem occurs get your cervical spine xray done and consult back.

YOu may ahve anemia and hypothyroidism and need to check up. Always sit in good posture and take a rest in between from the computer screen and test your eyes also.
