I'm 27 years male, have done health checkup through Lybrate, in which some values are not normal like 25-oh vitamin D (total) -5.15 ng/ml, Total cholesterol-223 mg/dl, LDL Cholesterol (direct)-152 mg/dl, Non HDL cholesterol-171 mg/dl, Alkaline phosphatase-189 U/l, platelets distribution width (PDW)-20.5 fL, mean platelet volume (MPV)-13.3 fL and PLCR-51.2%. The following 25(OH)D blood serum levels are now generally accepted ? Blood levels below 20 ng/ml or 50 nmol/L constitute a serious deficiency Blood levels above 32 ng/ml or 80 nmol/L is the lowest optimal level. Below this is now considered deficient. Blood levels of 40 ng/ml ? 50 ng/ml or 100 nmol/L ? 125 nmol/L is considered a safe optimum level You can take VIt D supplements and reduce fat , do exercises
