Sir I am 2nd month pregnant and I want to know that whether I should take some medicines for a healthy baby or I should go for fruits n healthy diet. As I have read in many articles that medicine during first 3 months of pregnancy should be avoided. Please suggest.

First lot of people don't differentiate between nutraceuticals and Medicines. Nutraceuticals are nutritional supplements. Second whether someone needs medicines or not is decided by doctor considering advantages as well as disadvantages so instead of you deciding leave to doctor advising-treating you in whom you have trust. Healthy diet and fruits are important but only that is not enough and you every pregnant woman needs nutritional supplements in addition to some vaccinations and reports so meet Gynecologist.
