I am 26 years old. And my uric acid level is 7.8.is it a danger level? Which food and medicine I will take?

High uric acid is mostly due to indigestion. stop eating heavy, fried, spicy foods and take ayurvedic medicines like trifla guggul and arogya vardhani for 1 month. Uric acid will come to normal. but after that continuous work on digestion is a must.

. Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory. YOu avoid purine rich foods and rink lot of water Purines are found in some foods and drinks. These include liver, anchovies, mackerel, dried beans and peas, and beer. Most uric acid dissolves in blood and travels to the kidneys.
