lybrate-user.Thanks for the query. Molases is a rich source of carbohydrate, a tablespoonful gives 58 calories. Therefore it is bound to increase blood glucose level. If one takes that, then carbs from other sources have to be proportionately reduced. As regards papaya, orange, grapes (about 8 ), broccoli, peanuts (30 g a day) can be taken by a person with diabetes. But blood glucose control should be good. Thanks.
