Medical shop always given, a januvia 100 mg After one year my nearest friend referred my medical file and he ask, I take a wrong medicine. Doctor suggested janumet 100 mg And take januvia 100 mg. recently I meet other MD medicine doctor suggested I have to take before breakfast Homer1 one Tab and as routine januvia 100 mg after dinner 1 tab. Then I have to know why change or add one tablet medicine in routine. Please let me know above all matter which tab medicine is results oriented Janumet 50/500 Or Januvia 100 mg + gemer1 Regards
