A month ago I had some blood tests in which my calcium level was 9.5 in normal range n vit d 5.8 wid its severe deficiency. I started taking vit d supplements as suggested by Dr. But I also started taking women Horlicks wid milk twice a day. Will it increase my calcium level abnormally as women Horlicks z rich in ca n milk too? Also my tsh was 9.6 I am taking thyrox 12.5 mg.
