You can most probably reverse your BP and probable Diabetes by diet and life style changes. Cut down on carbs Eat a high fibre diet Sleep well start juicing --Only Vegetable juicing 90% which will reduce your BP and sugar and you will be able to reduce the dose with proper advice. Ok. U are in the prediabetes stage. So concentrate on your diet and exercise. Continue walking. Take low glycemic index diet. Better to keep cholesterol less than 160. No need to take any medicine right now but repeat FBS and HbA1C regularly. Keep HbA1C less than 6.4.
