I am 27 year male from jaipur. My weight is not upto mark according to age and height. My weight is approx 70 kg. And my height is 6'5 ft. I would like to gain weight to 80. I am tobacco active and planning to stop smoking and pan masala. I want a good diet chart please help me. I can visit the dietician if any available in jaipur. Moreover I can follow the diet schedule. But I really want to put some weight. Please help me.

hello sir, have small and frequent meals. take high protein and calorie diet. take milk and milk products. take egg , lean meat, soy milk, whole pulses, sprouts, banana shake, mango shake, paneer, tofu,milk with dates, milk with jaggery , curd, any sweet item after dinner . don't skip your meals and breakfast . do stretching exercise alternate days.
