I am 21 years old and I have cold 12 months a year. I have sensitive throat and nose and if I eat something cold or drink cold water, then I get tonsills. Due to tonsills perhaps I get cold. I have taken levocentrozone to control cold but I don't know if this is a permanent remedy or temporary.

This must be allergic cold. Levocentrozone may offer temporary relief. But you need to look beyond drugs. 1. Go to bed before 10 pm. 2. Wear warm clothes all the time. 3. Drink warm water and warm drinks only. Avoid cold drinks. 4. Keep ginger candy in mouth whenever possible. Do this for a month, if it still persists, then see an ayurvedic physician.
