He should had 4 major meal daily. MORNING A PLATE ful daliya/upma/poha with fruit juice. Noon around 1 pm lunch with whole grain pulse with cow ghee 1tea spoon 2-3chapati n plate Of brown rice. Noon around 5 pm fruit chat /light home made snack with milk shake. Evening 8 pm around dinner with 2-4chapati /missi roti n seasonal vegetable a bowl of curd. Night 10 pm Khajoor dry fruit wala boiled milk 1cup. 11 pm to 6 pm sleep. Also 20 min daily morning physical exercise is must. See result in 1 month.
