I am getting more sleep during day time. So, it's becoming very tough to be attentive during classes. Please help me.

Sleep at a fixed time at night and wake up at a fixed time in the morning. Also eat a fruit within first 15 minutes of waking up. Eat two hourly meals. Exercise daily for half an hour to one hour. Hello. thanks for your Query. if u don't sleep in the nights it's obvious u will get in classes. if you sleep in night n day also then check your thyroid profile once. exercise work sweat during day will get u good sleep in the night.
