Hi lybrate-user Do get your BP measured multiple times in different times of a day. The measurements have to be confirmed. Do consult a MD physician. Restrict your extra salt intake -- in form of pickles/ papad etc. Nothing specific for your rest of investigation. Vitamin d and b12 supplementation may be supplemented by a physician after examining.
