Many times it is not easy to explain such irregularity. You should have patience and let your body get into its own natural rhythm. Every women has a different period cycle and it does fluctuate many times till menopause sets in. So its imperative that you start exercising everyday. ( Yoga can also be an excellent option to regularize the hormonal secretions ). Eat healthy food and avoid all junk food including cold drinks . Try to relax as much as possible as constant stress can also lead to hormonal imbalance and disturb the delicate balance. Go for regular health check-up ( check thyroid and other investigations ) and maintain healthy weight. If needed you can take Homeopathy which can naturally empower the the body's healing system.
