I want to loose weight. Tried hard but failed. I don't get regular time for exercise. I am unable to do heavy exercises and get tired very soon. So suggest ways to boost stamina along with ways to loose weight.

If your intake is poor and it does not coincide with your activity you will gain weight and reduce your bmr further. Its all about eating at the right time and amount. Eat small but frequent meals.
