I'm doing gym from 6 month but I did not change in my body so what's a problem? Why could not growing my body?

HI lybrate-user, When we are lean, the ratio of muscle percentage remains higher then fat percentage. And muscle needs more energy to maintain themself. If you are doing gym, you should increase your food intake. Specially, prior 1/2 hr to gym take fresh juice or fruit or any carbohydrate source and after 1/2 hour consume protein source like milk shakes, soaked seeds, dry fruits, sprouts, paneer, egg chicken etc.
