You can eat jaggery. You can eat all healthy food in first half of cycle but You should avoid Chinese and papaya in second half of cycle. Start taking folic acid tablet daily once.

Jaggery is richest sourse of iron ,its also very important food for adolescents, it prevent anaemia, Hence, e its very good to a pregnant lady ,But jaggery should avoided in winter becoz its nature is cold, you may enjoy it in summer .thnax.
